This book has almost reached 1 million words so far. Let me tell you the bottom line. Currently, the average order is 700. It is very stable and will not drop or increase. Well, it is a third-rate book.
During the new book issue, I was bullied once by a colleague. Although the editor still chose to believe me, all the test PKs that should have been done were cancelled, and the book was put on the shelves naked.
Later, the editor said that the results were too poor and suggested that I cut it and start a new book directly. I said that I wanted to put it on the shelf and give it a try. After all, writing is not easy even now.
Then, "Naked Running" with 300,000 words and 10,000 collections was put on the shelves, with an initial order of 332.
I said before that I would continue writing if I got 300 orders, and friends from all walks of life supported me. If I got 300 orders, I would continue writing, and I have been writing until now.
I don’t want to mention such afterthoughts as “if there was a PK, what would the score of this book be, how much better it would be than it is now?” It’s boring.
I was blamed because I was young at the time. I admitted it and the matter was exposed.
I had been thinking about writing a book for almost two years, and I should have made progress the more I wrote, but I didn’t expect that the more I wrote, the more I regressed.
The last book has an average order of 900, and this one currently has an order of 700.
The upper limit of 800,000 words for the previous book was exempted, and more than 1 million words were available on all channels. This book is now 980,000 words, and even the mobile QQ limit is not exempted.
I know that if I get poor grades, the editor won't take care of me like last time. I understand that, so I never ask the editor for recommendations because I don't want to make it difficult for the editor.
The editor is just a screw in the confidential machine of China Literature. If the job fails, it will be replaced anyway. Therefore, as someone who has already worked, I understand the difficulty and never cause any trouble to the editor.
What happened last time has already made the editor very passive.
So in this case, the future of this book can actually be seen. The ceiling is already there. No matter what, the average order is still 700.
I’m not saying this to be a misfortune, but I think I’ve been writing books for two years. I’ve written two books, but none of them have reached 1,000 orders. One book is 900, and the other is 700.
I have seen so many 3000 people who have signed high-quality products, 7000/8000 people who have signed long-term contracts, even tens of thousands of people, and tens of thousands of people who have signed great contracts and platinum contracts. When I first entered the industry, I thought that I was not the kind of guy who has high ambitions and low abilities, always thinking about becoming a god with a book. My goal was not high. It would be great to have 1,000 average subscriptions.
But now it seems that even this small goal is difficult for me to achieve.
But we have a good mentality, and we are not the kind of people who "don't blame society when we are poor". We accept that if our strength is not good enough, we can commit suicide if we are not good enough. Life has to go on.

Everyone says that Lin Dong's story only has 400 chapters, which is too short. When I think about it, I think so. It's indeed too short, so I'll write more.
Then go to the world and write the story of Lin Dong's fame in the world.
The story of Wu Zu is actually difficult to write. Why?
For example, there are more than a dozen deeds of Emperor Yan in the world, so based on these dozen deeds, my last book was easily expanded to 600,000 words.
However, there are only two or three stories about Martial Ancestor's deeds in the vast world. They are too few and cannot be expanded to 100,000 words no matter how much they are expanded.
My plan is this:
I will first look through the plot of The Great Master to see if I can make up a complete story about Lin Dong, just like the previous book The Great Master of Emperor Yan.
If you can compile it, then start another chapter on the Great Master of the Martial Ancestor and write it from beginning to end.
If you really can't make it up, then just write a 20-30 chapter extra chapter, which is to separate out a few of Wu Zu's deeds.
For example, Potato God's extra story about Wu Zu causing trouble with the Ice Spirit Clan seems to be a eunuch. I can try to complete it and write a short story.
If I really can't think of a complete story outline and choose to write short stories one by one, I hope you won't complain to me.
