Scholars come from the heart, and the heart is the master of the body. The ears and eyes are waiting for the heart. Therefore, if the mind dwells on the eyes, it will forget the ears, and then it will not be heard; if the mind dwells on the ears, it will forget the eyes, and then it will not see.
The core of the human body’s small world, why is the most important thing called the ‘core’? Its essence is that the 'heart' plays an absolutely central and important position in the small world of the human body:
The heart is responsible for giving power to other places.
If the brain is the thinking organ, the heart is the engine. That's why there is a saying, "The heart of a person is the master of essence." ’
For example, what was said just now: "If the heart rests on the eyes, it will forget the ears; if the heart rests on the ears, it will forget the eyes."
