Chapter 67 Some words on the shelf

I would like to thank all the readers for their support since the book was published.

If nothing unexpected happens, the book will be available at around 12 noon tomorrow.

If you think it is well written, you can give a first order to support it, and then continue to support the book.

Six chapters will be updated first, 3,000 words per chapter, about 18,000 words.

If the first order can reach 500, I will continue to update. (I personally think it is a bit difficult)

As for rewards and updates, etc.... New authors don't do this.

After the book is published, there are usually two to three updates, which depends on how many manuscripts I have in stock.

As for the book group, I will set up one later.

...

After talking about the business, let's talk about other things.

Ahem, actually I originally planned to update ten chapters, but I happened to play games a few days ago and didn't write for three or four days, resulting in insufficient manuscripts.

There are still many games that I haven't finished, such as the fifth chapter of the first round of Balance of God, the third island of Cuphead, and the old man Huan. Alas, I have been playing it intermittently, and I don't want to play it anymore.

And the time-consuming Sparrow Soul has never been able to rush to the Jade Room...

...

Let's talk about the creation of this book and some problems that appeared in the early stage.

For example, the plot design of drawing the lamp god, which was criticized by many readers.

At the beginning of the creation, I knew that the rhythm would be slower, because I put Klein's birth after the release, which made it more difficult to attract readers.

Drawing the lamp god is a small excitement designed to avoid being so boring, but it seems to have failed.

Why not set the time point after Klein's birth at the beginning?

Because Klein's upgrade is too fast in the later stage, the protagonist needs to be ahead of Klein in the early stage so that they can grow together later and not fall behind seriously.

Like the members of the Tarot Club, they obviously can't keep up with Klein's upgrade speed later.

I expect the protagonist to be promoted to Sequence 7 and Klein to be born.

I personally like to bury the plot, which is more in line with the rhythm of mystery, but it is easy to fall into the situation of imitating me and dying.

There are still many hidden plots that have not been revealed and written, such as the relationship between Hastur and the Yellow King, to which existence Hastur prayed for the resurrection ceremony, what Voltaire encountered, the golden box, the true identity of Professor Wayne, and the witch line of Germani…

Why is the early stage written slowly?

First, the fast pace is easy to collapse and end badly. Second, the protagonist is different from Klein. The protagonist needs to stay on the stage of Backlund most of the time and rarely goes out for real adventures. Backlund needs enough follow-up storylines.

About the Stars Return.

I am very interested in the Cthulhu system and have some understanding of it. Although I have never played a group game, I am not a newcomer.

I have read books like "Call of Cthulhu", "Rats in the Walls", "Dunwich", "Pielman's Painting", "Colors of Stars", "Mountains of Madness", etc.

That's all for now. There is only one update tonight, so I will leave one more chapter as a draft.

Thanks again to the readers who support me.
