Chapter 940 New Supply Ship
During this year's Spring Festival, Liu Tao's family did not return to the capital, but stayed in Kunming.
The Lijiang earthquake has affected the hearts of people across the country.
Naturally, Liu Tao also stayed in Kunming to coordinate Panshan Group's resources and help with disaster relief.
Around the Spring Festival, a large amount of materials are transported to Lijiang.
Helicopters were mobilized to Lijiang for disaster relief and a large number of living supplies were delivered to the victims.
Conditions are much better now than before the reopening.
As long as you don't die immediately, you don't have to worry about starving or freezing to death.
Just after the Spring Festival, Lijiang and other places held a conference on post-disaster reconstruction work, and designated 1996 and 1997 as the key restoration and reconstruction stages. The focus of their work was rural housing, education, health, infrastructure, some party and government agencies, and public institutions. and the restoration and reconstruction of some industrial and commercial enterprises closely related to people's production and life.
In 1998, it was the final stage of using loans, focusing on restoring and enhancing the vitality of the enterprise, and conducting inspections and acceptances.
The contents of the three-year restoration and reconstruction include: rural housing, infrastructure, the ancient city of Lijiang, education, health, important industrial enterprises, government agencies and institutions, tourism, public welfare, fire protection, commerce and finance, etc.
Yunnan Province is expected to allocate a total of 10 billion yuan in funds for special post-disaster reconstruction work. In addition, there are 5 billion yuan in state subsidies, self-raised funds by the system and units, donations, induced loans, and domestic bank loans.
RMB 15 billion has been invested in the entire post-disaster reconstruction work, and special funds will be used for post-disaster reconstruction.
People were organized and mobilized to participate in post-disaster reconstruction work and rebuild their homes with their own hands.
During the two sessions in March, the conference approved the "Ninth Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development and the Outline of Long-term Goals for 2010."
This represents the beginning of China's ninth five-year plan.
Every five-year plan of China contains infinite wealth codes.
Every time it is announced, there are always people with a keen sense of smell who discover wealth from it.
In April, Liu Tao went to Yangcheng Shipyard.
At this time, at the Yangcheng Shipyard, the first ship of the Type 001 light aircraft carrier was working overtime at the outfitting dock.
The ship launching ceremony marked the basic completion of the main hull construction work and the transition to the outfitting stage. When a ship is launched, 70% to 80% of the total project volume is generally completed, and the hull continues to undergo outfitting, testing and other processes at a nearby dock.
In another half month, the outfitting work will be completed and a series of tests will begin.
This includes sea trials to test power systems, weapon systems, etc. There are also various forms of testing, and finally, combat effectiveness evaluation and so on.
This light aircraft carrier will be delivered to the Thai Navy next year, and there is not much time left for them.
In the dock, two Type 001 light aircraft carriers are under construction. Shortly after the launching ceremony of the first ship, the construction of these two light aircraft carriers began.
Of these two Type 001 light aircraft carriers, one is used by the Chinese Navy and the other is ordered by Saudi Arabia.
These two Type 001 light aircraft carriers have experience in building the first ship, and the construction speed is much faster. They are expected to be launched in July 1997 and officially enter service in July 1999.
Liu Tao came here this time because during the meeting in Beijing, Saudi Arabia once again ordered two Type 001 light aircraft carriers.
Saudi Arabia wants to establish three aircraft carrier formations, one each in the Persian Gulf, Arabian Sea, and Red Sea, to ensure Saudi Arabia's interests.
Saudi Arabia seems to have looked away. Instead of paying protection fees to others and having to look at the faces of Europe and the United States from time to time, it is better to invest the money in military construction.
This is true for the Arab coalition, and the same is true for Saudi Arabia's own military construction.
Saudi Arabia adopted a maneuvering strategy and did not directly send troops into Yemen. This kept the civil war in Yemen within a controllable range and did not attract the attention of others in the world.
After inspecting the construction of two Type 001 light aircraft carriers, Liu Tao came to a shipyard where a new supply ship was being built, which was a Type 903 supply ship.
China now has three types of supply ships, namely Type 903/903A supply ship, Type 904/904 A/B supply ship, and Type 905 supply ship.
This does not mean that the larger the number, the more advanced the supply ship. On the contrary, the smaller the number, the more advanced the supply ship is.
Type 905 supply ship is China's first type of oil and water dry cargo supply ship. The first ship 882 Poyang Lake was commissioned in 1978. There are currently three supply ships of this type, namely Poyang Lake '882', Taicang/Hongze Lake No. '881', Haicang No. 'Nanyun 950'.
Type 904 supply ship The first ship of this type was built by Modou Qiuxin Shipyard and entered service in March 1992. There are currently two Type 904 ships, namely Yangcheng Lake and Jingbo Lake; there are three Type 904A/B ships, namely Fuxian Lake, Junshan Lake, Lugu Lake.
The Type 903 supply ship is a new type of large comprehensive supply ship of the Chinese Navy. There are currently two ships, namely Weishan Lake and Qiandao Lake.
The current Type 903 supply ship at Yangcheng Shipyard is, to be precise, the Type 903A supply ship. This is an improved model of the Type 903 comprehensive supply ship. The difference between it and the Type 903 is that the displacement has increased from 20,500 tons to 23,000 tons. The Navy has placed an order for 5 ships in total, and even the ship numbers and hull numbers have been taken, namely the 'Taihu' 889 ship, the 'Chaohu' 890 ship, the 'Dongpinghu' 960 ship, the 'Gaoyou Lake' 966 ship, 'Honghu' 963 ship, 'Luoma Lake' 964 ship.
Now Yangcheng Shipyard is building a Type 903A supply ship, while Beibu Gulf Shipyard and Mawei Shipyard are responsible for building two Type 903A supply ships each.
Liu Tao will stay at Yangcheng Shipyard for a while this time to develop a more advanced supply ship. After all, the Type 903A supply ship obviously cannot fully meet the supply mission of the aircraft carrier formation.
He wants to develop a large comprehensive supply ship, a supply ship specially built for the aircraft carrier formation, with a displacement of about 40,000 to 50,000 tons, which is twice the displacement of the Type 903 supply ship.
And because it is a supply ship for the aircraft carrier formation, the speed design index of this new supply ship is not less than 25 knots.
Liu Tao's positioning of this supply ship is a new type of comprehensive supply ship that reaches the world's advanced level, which can provide maritime accompanying supply for the Chinese Navy's aircraft carrier formation and the far sea exciting formation.
This requires the use of a new type of marine replenishment system. Compared with other replenishment ships, it needs to have a stronger dry cargo and liquid cargo diversified replenishment capability, so that it can truly undertake the fleet's offshore accompanying replenishment mission.
This new type of replenishment system includes horizontal dry cargo replenishment, horizontal liquid cargo replenishment and vertical liquid cargo replenishment systems, which can automatically adjust the tension of rigging and pipelines to compensate for the distance changes between ships caused by waves and navigation during horizontal replenishment at sea, and can ensure that multiple ships receive supplies and fuel replenishment at the same time
At the same time, the system must meet special requirements such as explosion-proof, anti-static, anti-low temperature, and anti-humidity.
It is precisely because of the high difficulty coefficient of technical design and processing and manufacturing that Liu Tao did not intend to let the research institute set up a project to overcome it, because the Ship Research Institute was able to come up with the 903A supply ship, which was already a great effort.
If the Ship Research Institute was asked to study and overcome the problem, it would probably take at least ten years.
So Liu Tao solved it himself.
